Thanks for the great forum and helpful topics.

I am planing to move from KSA to Dubai soon and I have a few questions if you please help me with your experience.

1- If i come to dubai on visit visa, is it possible to obtain work visa from any "Limousine Company" ????

2- I have a light vehicle driving license of Saudi Arabia, is there any benefit of KSA license or not..?

3- How's work in Dubai for Uber/Careem drivers..??

1) You can be sponsored for a work visa and visit visa can be converted. There are some conditions but broadly it's possible
2) It cannot be converted to a Dubai licence directly. Only benefit is that you will be able to take road test directly without going through classes - so theoretically much quicker to qualify for a Dubai licence. If you fail, then you will need to do the classes
3) I don't have specifics on that but keep in mind that Dubai is the only GCC country where official taxis are cheap and professional. So the benefit of careem / uber in terms of lower fares or professionalism is not as much as it would be in other countries
