Good day,
I have a friend in the Philippines and he worked in a restaurant on a ship before. He really likes to work in Germany.
But it's so hard to get a visa for him.
He also likes to make Ausbildung.
But how to apply for this from the Philippines ? We looked on almost every homepage but we cannot find any solution.

How good is his German?
His chances to find a restaurant job or apprenticeship lagely depend on that.
Also, cooking is one of the lower paid apprenticeships at €430-690/month during the first year - not enough to survive. So, does he have sufficient savings to cover the shortfall?
