Leave After the notice period

I completed my contract and i am idle from couple of months my employer not allowed for mobility visa is still valid for three months
i want to join new job and get rid from previous employer.
i put my resignation as well should i take leaves during this period..Need help

Yes you can but it needs to be approved leave with consent of employer.  It doesn't seem that you are parting with employer on good terms so you don't want to take unapproved leave because he can report you as absent without leave.  This will cause problems for you later.

However, my advice would be not to take leave as you are relaxing at work anyway :)   and ask for encashment of any unavailed due leave balance with your final settlement as per your rights.
