Fahasa Bookstore seems to have 'book 4' (if not out of stock). You can ask them about 'book 5'.
Visit their stores on Nguyen Hue street and Hai Ba Trung street. They have English books in those stores.

Check this bookstore/café in Dist-3 as well.
