And the morror will ticket 150 for jot renewing the car registration

You can renew it through Absher .. first you will need to pay for renewal Two yrs of 5 years .. then go to absher platform and request renewal , after that you go to nearest Morror to issue your new license card

If my Saudi driving licence expired in India and again i come saudi on new sponsor iqama, then can i renew DL?

Profession must be acceptable for the to exchange your license because the number of the license is the number of your Iqama number.

So new visa new iqama new number. So not renew will be transfer on new iqama with acceptable profession .the same process will be followed as first time you did difference will be without test...
