Hello,
Are dog sitters available on the island. I am looking for someone to take care of my dog (1-2 hours per day) when I am travelling abroad. What do you guys do in such cases? Do you hire people for that or are there any other options ?

Domaine du Corps de Garde. They pickup, house and take care of my dog everytime needed. Safe and clean place, very professional pet-loving people.
Check them on facebook or if required I can provide a contact number. They are in Palma (very accessible to the West) ... at the foot of mountain Corps de Garde.
I was abroad for nearly a month. It all went fine. My great dane loves to go there and meet his friends.
