You might want to check the membership list, I know there are several expats there. I visit a couple of times a year but don't live there.

I will be ther in late April. I have many friends there. I'm helping a friend build a house just outside Cancun. I plan on buying property there in the near future. Retiring early in about 4-5 years. Let me know if you would like to meet in April. I can introduce you to some good people living there.
