Applying for minors replacement residency permit

Hi All,

I moved to Netherland about 6 months back and i have temp. residency permit for my family (wife & minor child). this week i lost my wallet in Amsterdam with my & my child's residency permit in it. I have lost all the hopes of getting it back. so i am now applying for replacement. I know the procedure to apply for myself but for child i dont know, i would like to apply online but i really could not find process to apply it online for my child.

Can someone help me with the process here? I tried calling IND multiple times but no one answered, i have dropped them mail as well.
