Places to buy property in Montreal

Hello,

We are new expats moving to Montreal in Summer 2018. We are planning to buy property in Montreal, but not sure about the areas yet. We do not speak French (english only) and looking for guidance on this aspect.

Hi HHimanshu,

Westmount region will be a good option for you. It is several KMs from Montreal. But the cost of living is a bit high. French is a must in Montreal although all Montrealais speaks English too. The best option for you is to move to GTA .
