My wife is a USA citizen and I want to add her name to the Portugal bank account. I cannot adf her to the bank until I get her a Tax number. I cannot get the Tax number without proof of residency like a long term lease or rental agreement. We will only be here until 23 March. A local attorney wants $100.00 per month as a representation fee. I estimate the rep fee will cost me Euro 600.09 to 700.00. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR A WORK-AROUND FOR THIS ISSUE? THANK YOU. Dan

Unless it's sharing personal details (Telephone numbers etc...) its always nice to share out in the open as it may well help others in the same predicament.
