Very good link Senwl gave you, but there are tons more that are not on the list.  Every other Vietnamese has his/her own local favourite, since many carnivores eat vegetarian food on the 1st and 15th day (lunar) each month.  If you don't know any Vietnamese, ask a vendor where s/he goes.

Good day! Here our some vegetarian restaurants that serves delicous food and budget friendly. I'm not vegetarian but these restaurants are introduced by my vietnamese vegetarian officemate and I definitely like their food and I keep coming back. 😊

Must try: Stir fry noodle

2. Foodie Buddha
