Depends; there are two types of rental accommodation in Holland, "Social" or "Free". If you earn less than 40k euro p/annum, you can apply for "Social" housing; however, it's in high demand and what you see advertised will normally go to people with special requirements. With regards to "Free" housing (a.k.a. private rentals), we have a housing link at the top of this page; if there is nothing there, then check out this link.
