I will be traveling to Cairo next week for business. I have padded my trip with a couple days of nothing to do and have wondered where can you go to meet a lady? I know there are strict laws for Muslims and have no desire to break them. There has to be places where travelers like to hang out?

There are lots of places to hang out on the Nile near Downtown Cairo, (a lot of boats and hotels with restaurants and clubs).
You'll find more of the same in Maadi, Heliopolis, and in New Cairo.
