The jobs that are the most in-demand for expats in Croatia

Hi Priscilla According to locals the main areas for opportunities are still in shipyard repairs and tourism. I am now working on sustainable business for local young entrepreneurs in order to stem the emigration of these talented youth of Croatia. Croatia is at crisis point where the current short-term high rentals from single industry of tourism is not benefitting the lower socio-economic group. What is needed is “ inclusivity” for long-term prosperity of Croatia. I am working in it. My ebook is gaining traction amongst young readers. Take care. B

I like the sound of your book Bruddy.  I am to move to Pula in the next few years and set myself up as an English tutor.. my Hungarian girlfriend is the English immersion teacher at a kindergarten in Budapest.. we've thought about possibly opening an English immersion pre-school/kindergarten in Pula.. just an idea..   here in the US I'm an IT director at a school.. so.. perhaps my IT/web development skills could be useful there.
