After 18 too many years in BE am leaving, jobs for expats created mainly by expats in little BE. Indeed I did and for years provided jobs, also for expats, but time to move to a bit more friendly society and economic mechanisms, un-supportive for SME and the private sector. In BE if you're not civil servant work max 38hr/wk, sick or holiday 50% / YR, you have to sponsor the self destructive social ‘benefits' mechanisms for locals! Not local?! You have the rights to work, pay every step you go and shut up! No more rights for you in BE! I hope it helps...
