Do you guys know, if i can get Guidance and Counseling Program (GCP) here in Cambodia?

The GCP you're asking about is a Philippines program organized by the CFO and they hold meetings for partners to make integration in the new country easier. They hold meetings in Manila and Cebu.
I think you best contact them on how to receive this program, here the link:

Yes, it is a Philippine program, and you plus partner have to attend the meetings.
