*Global Account Managers (8-10k p/m, would go to 12k p/m for someone
exceptional. These individuals will be eligible for commission, paid on a
quarterly basis, in USD. The income potential is unlimited)*

   Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to closing sales deals
   and building relationships with prospective clients; Each Global Account
   Executive works daily to uncover and develop new opportunities Understand
   and navigate decision making processes of the client, and successfully
   close deals. This requires exceptional relationship development with the
   accounts from the field level all the way up to CxO. The Global Account
   Executive is responsible for all aspects of the deal from open to close,
   and works with internal support staff to ensure a successful delivery and
   overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess: A proven track
   record as a Telesales Representative with extensive handling of high volume
   calls; Proficiency in English is mandatory. Highly driven, motivated and
   ambitious candidates will be considered; Team Oriented, with a positive
   attitude; Creativity Problem solving skills


*Sourcing Analysts (8-10k p/m)*


   - Sourcing of products using the internet
   - Sourcing of new suppliers and competitive prices
   - Navigate to obtain relationships with front end suppliers
   - Maintain database of suppliers, their capabilities, and contact
   details.
   - Document management; organize all supply lists
   - Support Sales team with supply availability and cost pricing.
   - Research internal and external data to determine market pricing
   guidelines.
   - Liaise daily with US-based management. This will require availability
   by phone and email outside normal business hours on a regular basis (20:00PM
   to 22:00PM).

Requirements:

   - Must have sourced products extensively via the internet and not using
   catalogs, alternatively someone that has recruitment experience where they
   would have had to search and source people/ candidates
   - Experience with supplier/vendor negotiation
   - Very strong analytical skills
