I was offered 11000 sar to work as a home room teacher at an international school. They provide housing,transport, health ins, and flight to US once a year. The benefits sound great but the salary is only $700 more than what I make now, plus I would have A LOT more responsibilities as an home teacher.
Is this average salary of what most international schools pay? Not sure if a move is worth it.
Is this a good salary offer for a teacher?

As I know from my friends that work as teachers here, their base salary is around 15 000 SAR (plus accomodation in compound is provided, and transportation services).
11 000 SAR is a salary of local teacher, not the western expat.
