My name is Emile. I will normally go to Dar el Salam with a friend during one year. We naturally have lots of questions and especially for the flats.
We are students and we want to pay less as 1500$ each month. Do you think it is possible to have a good flat with at least two rooms and maybe a swimming pool 
?
Where is it the best to live in Dar (near the night clubs, the bars, the beach, safety) ?

Hi Emile ! check this Upanga Flat , 2 bedrooms on second floor + swimming pool , located at UN road and its $800 per month. ,3 bedrooms( swiss Tower) , its $1000 per month. and 3 bedrooms apartments in city center near Temple street- Libya street its $1000 per month
