Anyplace near aeon mall or independence monument, near royal palace, near wat botom, near Vietnamese monument, near cambodiana hotel, all these are within a easy walking distance, and nice areas

Now that I'm more familiar from my research with the districts in Phnom Penh. I'd like to find out from fellow forum members who are already residing in the city if you could advise me of any new apartment developments (with security) that are near to NagaWorld Limited.
