However, i'm really hoping to get guidance for buying a genuine property from a genuine landlord, and the steps required to do so. I hope i am in good hands in this forum in terms of advise and recommendation.

Hello everyone.

My name is Jackson and I am a rwandan national living in the USA. I own land on Birwa island, situated in the middle of lake Burera up north. I also operate a boat on the  lake. The views of the misty volcano mountains and the vast blue lake are majestic. If you are interested in either agriculture or tourism, you should buy land in this northern region of Rwanda.

Hi Jackson
Any pictures of the land? And area?
Regards
Jo

Ooh wow, that's adorable.
Thanks!

Looking for opportunities to set up a manufacturing plant of latex gloves in rwanda
please help how best i can go about it

I think you will be the first to manufacture them

Hello my name is Memory Usaman. My husband and i are planning to invest and start a project in Rwanda. We want to set up a manufacturing plant of latex gloves and we need partners based in Rwanda or abroad who can work with us in doing so. Rwanda is our favourite site considering the fast growth we have noted taking place. The project will see Rwanda exporting gloves in Africa thus earn foreign currency, transfer of technology, creation of employment amoung other benefits associated with the project.

May you also help me with the contacts for the folowing organisations or ministries.
1. Ministry of Industry and Commerce
2. Ministry of Health
3. Rwanda Medical Association which has President known as Dr  Ntirushwa David

You assistance to this request will be highly appreciated.

You can contact me on my mobile as well on ***

Warm regards,
