Pets, Vets and things organic?

Hi,
My wife and I will be moving to Hangzhou from Shanghai in July (2018). We will have been in Shanghai for 3 years by then. We have been away form England for nine years, well except for visiting family and friends. My wife is a teacher and I prior to moving to Shanghai worked/volunteered in animal welfare but due to health reasons have done very little in that regard.
Okay mini life story over, we were hoping that anybody out there in Hangzhou could share their experiences and/or advice on Veterinarians in Hangzhou please. We have two rescue cats and a rescue Golden Retriever and so we will appreciate your feedback.
Shanghai caters well for European and American expats when it comes to food. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops, butchers etc. There is also Epermarket which is a online shop with a very wide range of item from all around the globe. Epemarket do a large range of organic items as well catering for vegetarians and vegans, of which my wife is a vegetarian.
So my question is there a such a thing as Epermarket in Hangzhou and how easy/hard is it to source organic produce and meats in area?
