Hi does anyone know the percentage rise on property year on year since say 2010.Using a single property as an example if possible

in come places such as binh tan , it has double in price.
in general 80-100% in the good locations.
in other locations like district 2 new area thao diem, it has gone up 10 times...
I have put all my money into land in the outskirts and already made 60% appreciation in 5 months!!!!!
but others have bought in longang and sold after 10 years and made 0% ...minus inflation...
