I have applied visa on 27th dec still it showing Application is in progress with the GDNPR and will have a decision soon , if approved it will move to: await payment (status: Await GDNPR)
any one suggest me what i can do further

You yourself; absolutely nothing.
Ask your employer to follow up but in most cases they can't do anything either but wait. Nowadays there are 2-3 weeks of backlogs at immigration.

around 20 days. company ask for Esupport they reply to contact to imigration office but no response
kindly help me what may the reason for this pending

No one can tell you the reason unfortunately. Immigration do all sorts of check and sometimes with the backlog and other issues; it takes time.
Best thing you can do for now is to wait and hope for the best.
