As has been said many times on this forum, not speaking German is a SERIOUS hindrance in finding a job in Germany.
And looking at the many mistakes in your post, I would say your English is also not up to scratch.
Common foreigners' jobs that do not require much communication are harvest helper, supermarket shelf stocker or construction worker. If you have a truck driving license, parcel delivery jobs are also easy to find.
