Very nice of you to think of your wife in this way.

For work you could set up a restaurant if that is your skill set.  Other wise not much work around, unless you have a specialist skill set, then I would recommend obtaining the job before you go to the Philippines.

The other option would be stay in India and fly her home more often so she gets to see her family.

For how much do you need?  This will depend on numerous things:

* How many flights back to India each year?
* How many children you have (food and education for them)?
* What sort of education do you want for you children?
* Do you want to own a car?
* Will you rent or will you buy a house/apartment?

If you want a car and good (top range) Philippine education for two children when in college (university)  (not at international standards) then you would be looking at around: 2,500,000php per year.

We do not have babies yet. and We do not need to rent or buy House. she has her own house where her mom living. (A decent size house though).

I am not into the restaurant business. But, I have over 10 years experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Management etc. Is there any scope for such fields?

Here in India, I am earning around INR 1000000/annum. And we would travel only once in a year to India and back to the Philippines.

What could be the odds or supports?

Hi Praveen, I am afraid that there probably wont be many good paying jobs in Davao for you, since the city is still relatively small and there are not so many opportunities as in Manila for example. Maybe this article can help a bit.
