Anyone can tell me about circumcision here in kuwait; if hospitals are doing it by laser?

Yes most private hospitals have the option to do it by laser.. but even the "usual" way will be fine if done by a good doctor! We had it done for my son in Royale Hayat hospital and it was good.. although I forgot the doctor name sorry!
