If you can't find it anywhere in Can Tho, you may consider buying online from Lazda.vn.
They will charge 42k delivery fee for Can Tho.

G'day Mangoman.
I get rolled oats from Big C supermarket. A 1kg bag for 100k.
Dan.D. Pak, It's imported from Canada, supposedly no preservatives , it's good stuff.
Yogi puts a cup full in a bowl, add some raisins & a small tub of yogurt, a spoon of powdered milk & a splash of water and stir. That's how Yogi starts the day 🤓
