I'm living in Boca Chica since 17 years now. I manage a small business there. I managed it with my wife but she suddenly passed away from a sickness in few months last summer. It's been difficult to manage it alone without her around (not because of the work but only because it was the project of our life together). I'm thinking about selling it. If you know someone who will be interesting of a small hotel thanks to let me know.
