If you have a baby in Colombia does the baby automatically get a cedula. I have read mixed reviews on the internet and my Colombian friends living here in Ecuador say yes, but i'm not sure they know. We are pregnant with our fourth and would love to move to Colombia. Has anyone had experience with this.
