Hi,
i am looking into forming a DMCC based LLC.
I know about all the service licenses etc pp but one thing that i have not really been able to find any cost figures on is the mandatory yearly audit.
When you form the DMCC company you have to instantly appoint an certified auditor which will then audit your yearly bookkeeping / statements.
Are there any experience on the costs of this? Probably revenue based?

I got a quote now actually. Under 2.5mln AED revenue it would cost 4500 AED a year for bookkeeping and yearly audit + 1000 AED per quarterly VAT filing. 100 transactions a month included in the bookkeeping.
