I want to move from bahrain to south korea or japan fot work. Any one can help me or suggest me how i can get work visa for south korea or japan.

You need to have a job offer and that depends on your field / expertise. These are advanced countries with adequarely talented labour pool. So you need to be a specialist or senior enough or be in an niche industry plus have some language skills to make that happen.

If that isn't the case then the two usual options are:

1) Work for a multinational company that transfers you
2) Teach English - Only if you are a native english language speaker with appropriate certifications
