My empoyer in jeddah has my degree certificates since 1 year and he is not giving it back saying that it has been submitted in saudi comission for health speciality for processing my license. Im also not being paid my housing allowance which was mentioned in the contract before i arrived in Jeddah. After coming here i havent signed any contract. Im very upset here as the managers dont speak english or pretend like they dont understand. Im worried about my documents as i have worked very hard to earn the degree. What can i do now?

Which authorities? There is no proper management in my clinic. HR does not to respond to any of the problems saying to speak to manager and manager keeps making excuses.
