I need a sponsor for work to get my visa, because I've a girlfriend there and I want to marry her, so I'm from Morocco, if anyone can help me,

So marry her and join her. She will be your sponsor. The UK is not the Gulf, you do not get sponsored, you find a reason to migrate and then you move. I work in a major immigration company based in Cyprus that offers residency permits and EU citizenship
