I have just been offered a role with Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi, which includes a joining bonus of AED20,000.
However, the "bonus" is repayable over 3 years by way of monthly salary deductions.
Is this practice common among UAE employers, or is Etihad simply a complete scrooge?
