I would like to buy property on the beach and gain citizenship for myself mywife and kids. We are South African cituses now.
Is this possible?

The short answer is No, with the information you give. Lease Land for 25 to 99 years is possible but difficult and land on the beach in the second or third position.... and citizenship after many years of jumping through hoops and then you may end up as a stateless person and family. If you are serious then contact the Malagasy Embassy for answers and good luck with that as well.

You don't want to be a citizen here. As mentioned, you cannot own property as a foreigner. Best advice: Look elsewhere.
