Hi Dianaj and welcome to the forum,

Can you be more specific about "good to work" ?
As far as what is concerned ? Money ? Atmosphere ?
Hotels are a little down at the moment and I doubt very much that they are looking for staff. Hospitals I don't know but I guess it depense on your qualification.
