It's quite tricky. I considered it myself and canceled the idea, due to import taxes of about 45% on the purchase value of things.
Depending on how much it is, the goods you want to import, I have heard of a shipper that transports goods from Trat province to Sihanoukville.
Don't know how that goes with import taxes.
