UK post for engineering managers Malaysian applicants.

Hi There
i am a director of two companies manufacturing semiconductor equipment in the UK, recently having sold a majority share to mainland China investors. We still have the running of the companies and have to expand UK manufacturing 2-5 times over the years ahead..We are thinking that we should approach Malaysian (Chinese/English) speaking professionals from the semiconductor industry and relocate them to the UK. Note i once lived in Malaysia so understand the people and cultures and believe to be the best suited to my company in these new exciting times....

I am thankful to get advice from anyone with experience recruiting from the mentioned country into the UK and also any Malaysians with contacts and websites that i could advertise.
