we are working for how many years here in jeddah but when we decided to exit our employer gave us a certificate of employment with 2 year banned written directly on the certificate which cause a big problem for us to find work even in our own country. We found out that they also give certificate without banned to our other colleagues.. So, we asked again our management to change it but they refuse to help us. This step is really unfair to us as employee..what can we do?

don't worry as this is against Labor law.
you may work with other Employer easily.
