I am an IT Management Consultant with 9 years of work experience post BS,MS-Computer Science, Exec MBA and looking to move to Canada with PR in future.
I know Canada is very cold. Still, could some one suggest me the best and pleasant/WARM place to live, work and raise kids in Canada.
Your suggestions would be much appreciated.

Vancouver is a one the city with the most pleasant weather as compared to another Canadian cities. The only backlash with Vancouver is housing. Owning a home is costlier or costliest as compared to all other Canadian cities.
