hello friend my friend is over stay in visiting visa Enoc visa for 15 days how much will be fine .please let me now . and this he can pay at immigration counter at airport . please help me on this case he like go back to his country

Never overstay your visa .
E-Noc is a sponsored visa , so you should try talking to the ones who issued the visa .
