It took us 8 years to get our ownership certificate of our house in China and had to pay extra RMB 5K for no reason. Wondering if we could sell without the ownership certificate.
Actually buying a property in China is easy, especially if you buy it from a a RE developer even as a foreigner. Be sure if you want to do it. It would be a pricey and overvalued deal. Oh you can't get a mortgage if you need one. And ask how soon you would get the ownership certificate.
