In Rio, no clue....
Sao Paulo.... that's easy. Drop at Bras Rail station and work from there.
Historical Downtown, Bras, Republica, Belem, Pari, Penha, they are all over.
Herei's a spot to try...
A Galeria Presidente,
Rua 24 de Maio, 116.
There, on a vertical mini mall, you can cross paths with Nigerians, do you hair, get food
Praça da República. Every Monday past 7PM there are some Nigerians who get together to beat up drums, singing on Wolof
Other hangouts
Galeria Olido by Avenida Sao Joao, that is where you will find your Nigerian high brow types, and they even held Miss Africa contests there.
Le Petit Village and Jobest are eateries that cater to Nigerians...
