Any Buddhist meditation ( either Theravada or Zen ) fans interested in meditating together.
I practice Vipassana ( S.N Goenka style ) and really appreciate the benefits of sitting with other practitioners.

I believe there was a place in New Cairo, Concorde plaza.. and another in Rehab City. I recommend looking them up on Facebook.
I myself started and stopped usui reiki if that counts. Good luck finding a nice group
