I was under the impression that the figure you mentioned was changed recently. The 150k i believe is an investment with the government and if its a personal business its 500k. Thats how it was explained to me by my relocation expert. There was a proposed change in the law for permanent residency visas due October/November and I'm waiting to see whats come of that.
