What bills do you pay? If you are renting, are bills included in the price of rent, and is this common practice in Moldova?
How can you pay your bills (e.g. online, at provider's store, at the post office)? Which is the most convenient or reliable way?
With what frequency are different bills sent in Moldova? Are there different deadlines for payment?

You can pay your bills online or in person at the company your bill is with, and some at the post office and banks, depending on the bill you owe, Just like most places, but everything can be online now basically, Depending on the your rental agreement , some landlords like to keep the gas, electricty and water bills in their name, and you pay them and get a receipt from them , as proof you paid, Let me say this what ever you do get a legal rental contract and do not settle for anything else. it could be a nightmare if you do.
