You need to familiarise yourself with the regulations around registering an NGO in Kenya. Its quite challenging, one of the reasons being that there are a lot of NGO's doing similar things. It shouldn't be seen as a passport to a life in Kenya, for example.
The government from time to time review NGO's, including their efficacy, and are not afraid to cancel their licences at very short notice.
