Congrats on your baby. Check with your consulate.  I don't think it is difficult to find any nationality in Jeddah

The first thing you have to do is to get the birth certificate for your new born from the civil affairs office.

First you have to make birth certificate and second you have to make passport and then you are allowed to make resedence permit.

Yes that's correct,  the birth certificate has been issued,  however in order to get a passport I need a signature...hope I can find someone to help me.

Signature from whom  ? and for what  ?

That's totally right, I was talking about residence permit of mother, thought she is on new visa
