Newbie to Sri Lanka forum

Hi All,

My name is Halina and I am a UK national. I was fortunate to live in Sri Lanka between 2002 and 2006 and I used to work for the British parent company of Orient Lanka at Colombo airport. I would love to come back and live / work there one day or even possibly set up my own business there, but I have no idea what is available on the job front and what the visa requirements would be (my previous employer handled all of that for me the last time), or what the requirements would be in terms of setting up a business or at least an office up over there.

Any comments would be most appreciated.
